“An emergency repair project for the HVAC system at the city of Osage Beach should be completed by summer after the board of aldermen approved a contract last week.
Gold Mechanical, Inc., of Springfield was awarded the low bid of $187,000 for repair and replacement of the geothermal underground loop system that began to fail several years ago, but worsened last year. The board originally approved emergency repairs last October.”
